Today I felt particularly in the mood to experiment, so I tried to create me my home-made beauty mask.
The recipe I had read somewhere on the web, in one of those sites where there are natural remedies, home-made creams, etc., and I remembered because it was pretty simple.
The ingredients are:
2 teaspoons of plain yogurt (I was there already, I also got organic)
1 / 2 teaspoon honey
1 / 2 tsp juice
lemon 1 to 2 capsules of vitamin E (I took the oil of wheat germ in pearl)
mix all ingredients together to form a beautiful baby food spreads in his face.
I held on twenty minutes and then I rinsed it all with fresh water. What I advanced I put it in the fridge and will stand for a couple of days.
Apart from the fact that after the skin is really soft, this mask is the top for the summer because it's a lot refreshing!
